a) All guests must comply with the rules of this vacation rental and other instructions provided by the owner, during their stay.
b) Guests should notify the owner of any problems, disputes, complaints from neighbors or other issues immediately.

c) Failure to comply with any of these rules implies non-compliance with the conditions applicable to the vacation rental contract.

a) This property is child friendly. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of children accompanying them throughout their stay and for any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
b) Guests and their visitors should keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during hours when they may be sleeping.
c) In this apartment we respect the siesta time from 15:00h to 17:30h and the night from 23:00h to 8:00h. Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and time, and may lead to the end of the stay of guests, eviction and loss of the amount paid and a reduction of the deposit.
a) The maximum number of people allowed in this house is 4 people.
b) Guests are NOT allowed in the apartment, and guests are responsible for the people who enter the apartment and for what happens in the apartment.
a) Any party or gathering of many people is completely forbidden.
b) It is everyone's responsibility to take care of the environment, so we recommend a responsible use of electricity and water, turning off air conditioners and electronic devices when they are not necessary. It is not allowed to leave the air conditioner on when you are not at home.
a) Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are securely closed.
b) This property is equipped with a security alarm. So if you want to make responsible use of this alarm you can discuss it with the owners and we will inform you.
c) This house has a security camera on the outside door, for the safety of the house and the guests.
a) Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, in any room and under any circumstances.
b) The use of candles with natural flame is not allowed. If you wish, you can request electric candles with batteries that we will provide.
a) Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.
a) Any damage or damage must be reported as soon as possible to the owner. In case of non-compliance with this rule, part or all of the deposit will be reduced.
b) In order to avoid damages, it is forbidden to move furniture from one area to another without the prior consent of the owner.
c) The towels provided in the bathroom may not leave the property, not even to go to the beach. We have other towels for this purpose, but they must be in the apartment when leaving the accommodation.
a) Delivery of keys. Both the delivery and collection of keys will be agreed upon confirmation of the rental.
b) Departure will always be before 11:00 am.
